Congrats to Masud Rana for completing his Master of Engineering (Thesis) degree this Fall, despite various challenges throughout the year of 2020!
In his master’s, Masud worked on understanding the effects of autonomous vehicles on pavement distress and road safety and how the pavement distresses can be optimized by developing autonomous vehicle movement algorithms.
Our very own Surya Teja Swarna obtained this year’s “Research Excellence Award” from the graduate student union for his achievements for 2019-2020 academic period. He received this award from Memorial University’s Dean of Graduate Studies.
