His thesis title is \u201cAn integrated simulation-based process control and operation planning system for marine oily wastewater management\u201d. His profound knowledge and excellent presentation helped him win the pass with distinction from external examiner, Dr. Huining Xiao (University of New Brunswick) and other examining committee members (Drs.
