The 2024 ARD Poster Competition was held in the Engineering Building atrium on November 28, 2024. The NRPOP Lab members were participants in the competition, including Masoumeh Bavadi (she\/her, Ph.D. student), Yuanmei Zhang (she\/her, M.Eng. student), Xueyan Xu (she\/her, Ph.D. student), and Hongyang Ye (he\/he, M.Eng. student). We proudly announce that Masoumeh Bavadi, for \u201cDevelopment of Biosurfactant-Aided Dispersants: Formation Strategy and Mechanism Exploration\u201d won second place ($250) in the 2024 ARD Poster Competition.
