Ph.D. Student (from North China Electric Power University)
Li Xinao is studying for a Ph.D. degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering at North China Electric Power University in Beijing, China in 2021. He was sponsored by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) as a visiting student at St. John’s, NL, Canada. He is currently co-training in the NRPOP Laboratory of Environmental Engineering, Memorial University of Newfoundland, under the supervision of Dr. Zhang Baiyu. Xinao’s research is focused on realizing the environmental impact assessment of microplastics in different environmental media based on theoretical simulation technology.
Xinao has been a member of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE) since 2023.
