The Latin-American Congress on Organic Geochemistry is held by the Latin American Association of Organic Geochemistry (ALAGO), which is a community of students and professionals who work with Academy, research and industry, in various organic geochemistry areas in Latin American. For 30 years, the congress constitutes a successful forum for discussion of the state-of-the-art advances in Organic Geochemistry.
The interested topics of the congress include Conventional and Unconventional Petroleum Systems, Gas Geochemistry, Source Rock Characterization, Environmental Geochemistry, New Analytical Techniques, Surface Exploration and Emerging Technologies.
Our PEOPLE member, Dr. Bing Chen (bchen@mun.ca) is invited as a Scientific Committee Member and a Keynote Speaker.
