Ph.D. candidate, B.Eng. (North China Electric Power University, China),
Wei He obtained her Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Water supply and drainage science and engineering from the Northeast Electric Power University, Jilin, China, in 2020. She is now pursuing her Ph.D. Degree in Energy and environment engineering from North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China. In October 2023, she entered the NRPOP laboratory as a visiting student for co-cultivation, supervised by Dr. Bing Chen in NRPOP Lab, Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Wei’s research interests include environmental hazards identification and assessment of emerging pollutants, and her current work focuses on the environmental fate identification and toxicity assessment of liquid crystal monomers.
