Dr. Liang Jing awarded Chinese Outstanding Student Abroad Scholarship

For his great achievements during his study at NRPOP, Dr. Liang Jing received Chinese Outstanding Student Abroad Scholarship from the Chinese Government, ranking the 2nd. He attended an award ceremony at the Embassy of China in Canada in Ottawa on May 16, 2015.
