Lee Britton, a PhD student in the NRPOP Laboratory, recently presented some of his doctoral work to the Arctic Council in Bodø, Norway, as part of a broader Arctic Council preparedness and response conference. Lee presented his work to a consortium of circumpolar governments, academic, and nonprofit organizations focused on forwarding cold climate emergency response.
